Your player score sets a limit to ensure that no single win outcome profit exceeds 25%/35% of your total max profit when you decide to request a withdrawal.

What happens if I exceed the 25% single win outcome profit limit?

If you have a 10,000 account and your current balance is 11,000, indicating a 1,000 profit in your account, you are not permitted to have more than 250 of that 1,000 profit come from one single win outcome. For instance, if a win outcome contributes 500 out of the 1,000 profit, that 500 would be ineligible for withdrawal since it is 50% of the total profit. To make the 500 pick eligible for withdrawal, you would need to increase your account's total profit to 2,000 (500/ 0.25 = $2,000). This rule ensures that no single win outcome's profit exceeds the 25% limit and aligns with our risk management strategy.

To make the 500 pick eligible for withdrawal, you would need to increase your account's total profit to 1,428.57 (500/ 0.35 = $1,428.57 ). This rule ensures that no single win outcome's profit exceeds the 35% limit and aligns with our risk management strategy.

If your requested rewards includes any single win outcome above this 25% threshold for 3 step challenges and 35% threshold for 2 step challenges the winning amount will be considered invalid and removed from the eligible payout
